After an exhaustive study of Turkish culture and the Dervish, I had found the circular shape created by the whirling dervish, as seen from a birds eye view, to be extremely fascinating and intriguing.

Keeping in mind the strong symbolism, which can also represented in the logo, it was then that I decided that to base the concept for my menu design on the movements of the Whirling Dervish.
